We were tasked, along with other marketing teams, and took on the exhilarating challenge of orchestrating the social activations for the eagerly anticipated home entertainment release of SUPER TROOPERS 2, a beloved franchise from Broken Lizard in collaboration with 20th Century Fox. With the enthusiastic cast on board, we devised ingenious teaser videos with intentionally quirky green screen effects to stay true to the film’s distinctive humor. Crafting engaging scripts to pique fans’ interest and drive movie purchases was our primary objective.
Our role in this uproarious venture included editing the video content, ensuring it perfectly captured the film’s essence. Beyond that, we were responsible for creating a variety of interactive games, from word searches to drinking games, designed to entertain and engage the audience. These games were strategically posted on social media and within the exclusive Facebook group “Chickenfunders,” creating a buzz that amplified the excitement surrounding the release.
